Procurement websites often use scale, customer and ecosystem language. Those statements become reliable only when the measurement scope, evidence and relationship status are documented.
Create a claim record
- Exact proposed wording and page location
- Measurement period, currency and included entities
- Source evidence and responsible reviewer
- Expiration or next review date
Separate coverage from relationship
The ability to help procure a product does not by itself establish an authorized reseller, channel-partner or endorsement relationship. Relationship language should match written evidence.
Review claims over time
Metrics, commercial relationships and policies change. Assign an owner and review date so published language remains accurate.
